
Finally, I have to put some of this stuff I've been growing to use. The ingredients: green onions, carrot (plus tops), and fava beans.

Beans on the bush.

Bean pods.

Shelled beans. Favas have an additional inner shell that is removed by blanching.

Soup-ready beans.

Carrots and favas in olive oil.
mmmm... nothing like eating things you growded (hee, hee) yourself!
