Javelina! These are Big Bend pics from last year from Thomas' camera that he didn't upload anywhere because he's a man. These cuddly little javelinas were everywhere, including right outside our tent at night snorfing for food and keeping us awake. Unfortunately, they don't stick around very long for photo ops, or for recieving my abundant loves and affections that I have for them in the form of many snorfs and kisses. Some variety of Chisos Mountains. Yes, this is Texas! Or Mexico. One of the two. Actually rightfully tribal territory, but who pays attention to that? Last know photograph of beardless Thomas. The Window. I look yummy and tender to Mountain Lions.
Bear with me peeps, this one had a lot of good photos. Passion flower. This excites me because it is hard for me to get good pics of white flowers. Also I stole Thomas' camera. The only kind of salvia that I like that I can never find. Bonus McBuggersons! Columbine. Antique rose from the Heirloom Garden, for which I am crazy about. Bees! Ruffly Poppy-Peonies! Also from the Heirloom Garden. Awesome Art Deco-ness. See why I like it? If only the rest of Fair Park area weren't so scary.
